Summarize your service or product’s positioning, pricing, distribution channels, who your competitors are, current financial conditions, and any pertinent external market forces.
Once you have nailed down exactly what’s going on in your business, you can start to plan your growth!

Distribution plan – How are your customers receiving the product/service?

Strategies for increasing orders – How are you going to scale?
Referral strategies – Can you build a passive income based on your network?
